Elgar Payments Limited has been granted a Part 7 permission under the Financial Services Act 2019 by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission, authorising us to operate as a Payment Service Provider (Class C).

This milestone marks the culmination of many months of rigorous preparation and reflects the high regulatory standards we have committed to uphold for our customers and partners.

A new chapter for Elgar and CCS Group

As a Gibraltar-authorised payment service provider, Elgar will operate under comprehensive regulatory requirements — including the safeguarding of customer funds, robust governance arrangements, and ongoing supervisory oversight by the GFSC. We are now entering our mobilisation phase, during which we will commence operations in accordance with the conditions set by the GFSC.
